The Bible commands believers to pray without ceasing, and that’s exactly what First Baptist Church of Navarre (FBCN) did October 11 in their sanctuary.
For the past two years, First Baptist Church of Navarre has searched for a new pastor to help guide the church into a new era.
In August, they found their man and Oct. 1, he officially began his tenure as pastor. Greg Love, who has spent the last nine years at Crossview Baptist Church in Tifton, Georgia, is excited for the new opportunity.

Navarre United Methodist Church invited congregants and community members to the grand re-opening of Hildreth Hall Sunday, Sept. 3. NUMC lead pastor David Morris and children’s pastor Christine Gersic spoke about what went into remodeling the space, which will now serve as a place for children’s and youth ministries.

Every year, Pregnancy Resource Center of Navarre (PRCN) puts on their annual benefit event to raise money for their mission – saving babies, one mother at a time. This year’s event was a Marital Bliss Comedy Night featuring pastor and comedian Phil Gungor from Green Bay, Wisconsin. The sanctuary at Community Life Church in Gulf Breeze was packed August 24.
