Navarre High seniors paint parking spaces for first time in school history
As another hot Florida summer comes to a close, Navarre High School seniors broke out their paint brushes the week before school started to personalize their own parking spaces.
It’s the first time seniors at the school have been allowed to customize their own spots. In past years, students were simply assigned a parking space number.

Take a ‘peek’ inside the new Navarre school opening this fall: East Bay K-8
East Bay K-8 opened their doors to rising first through fourth graders and their families June 22 for a “sneak peek” of the new school.
Furniture arrived earlier that day so cardboard boxes filled parts of the cafeteria and media center, but parents and students didn’t seem to care. Children were eager to take a look inside their new school where they would be spending years to come. Teachers greeted them Tuesday night with welcoming, warm voices.

East Bay prepares students for fall
With the first day of school, Aug. 10, less than two months away, East Bay K-8 is paving the way for students by hosting sneak peeks to show them around their new school.
A Kindergarten Sneak Peek was held June 17 during which incoming kindergarten students and families toured key areas where students and families will be learning and growing together this fall, principal Beth Mosley said.
