For six weeks during September, October, and November, Woodlawn Beach Middle School students met regularly to work on a project.
While students working on a project at school might not be a surprise, these students weren’t just putting together a paper mache globe. They were building a robot.

Karen Cody wasn’t expecting to be Navarre High’s Teacher of the Year. Not when she had just won the honor a few years ago. The odds didn’t seem to lean in her favor.

Pensacola State brings ‘Shakespearience’ to Navarre High
On Oct. 25, Pensacola State College students took to the stage in Jan Savage’s honors theatre class at Navarre High School to perform a 30 minute version of Shakespeare’s The Merry Wives of Windsor.
The performance is part of six shows PSC is doing across Escambia and Santa Rosa County under the banner of the ‘Shakespearience Caravan.’ All six shows are at high schools.
