A Gulf Breeze man accused of stalking a neighbor and firing 13 shots into the neighbor’s residence is expected to either accept a plea agreement or move forward with a jury trial when he returns to court Jan. 20.
Patrick Alfred Anderson, 62, of Laughlin, Nev., was sentenced last week to two years in federal prison for income tax fraud. Anderson operated shops throughout the panhandle, including one in Navarre.
Shortly after midnight Nov. 24, Santa Rosa County deputies nabbed four burglary suspects at the Eglin Federal Credit Union, located at 8540 Navarre Parkway. Officers and SWAT team members responded to an alarm activation and found three suspects inside the building. One driver was also taken into custody.
Thelma Denise Lowery, the Milton day care owner accused in the death of 16-month-old Brodie Michael Kent, was indicted on a first-degree murder charge on Nov. 4.
