Residents of Tiger Point will have new places to shop beginning in 2024. A new development, Tiger Point Place, is currently preleasing space in their future shopping plaza, which is next to Concord Presbyterian Church of Gulf Breeze on Gulf Breeze Parkway.
According to the Santa Rosa County development order for the project, Tiger Point Place will be a commercial strip center for retail and offices with warehouse space. The project consists of the construction of a 20,000 square foot multitenant retail building, a 30,000 square foot multitenant maxi-warehouse building and 118,000 square feet of asphalt parking, concrete sidewalk and associated infrastructure.
Happy Joe’s, the restaurant and arcade known for its pizza and ice cream, has been delayed for months, but the future Navarre restaurant is beginning to pick up steam in the county planning and zoning review process. The restaurant has never had a Florida location before.
Mariachi’s Mexican Grill is expanding – and moving.
There are plans to develop an 8,000 square foot Mariachi’s Mexican Grill at the corner of Tiger Trace Blvd. and Gulf Breeze Parkway. Once built, Mariachi’s Mexican Grill will move into the new location, with plans to lease the current space (2731 Gulf Breeze Parkway).

Across northwest Florida, Circle K locations will offer 40 cents off per gallon as part of “Fuel Day.” The savings event will run between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Thursday, May 25. Fuel Day is also taking place at Circle K locations across the United States.

Bergren Road will likely see more activity in the next few years as there are plans to construct a shopping complex at its intersection with U.S. Highway 98.
The shopping center will be anchored by a 55,454 square feet grocery store. According to construction plans for the property, the store will be a Publix supermarket.
The Navarre Town Center project, a commercial development that has been floated around as idea for about 20 years, is currently under the review by Santa Rosa County Development Services.
According to county records, the plans for the project were officially submitted April 21.
