New Italian deli? Don’t fuhgeddaboutit!

Tiger Point will soon be home to a new restaurant and deli.

Seneca’s Deli is opening its doors sometime later this spring in the shopping center near Garcon Point Bridge exit onto Highway 98. The restaurant, which will serve freshly made Italian and deli food, is located in the former Shane’s Rib Shack.

In November, Sunscape Investments LLC purchased 8195 East Bay Blvd. from Anthony Weathers for $395,000. Chris Marsh, the registered agent for LLC, said they have been hard at work over the past few months getting the building ready for business.

Town Center developer withdraws zoning application

Santa Rosa County Development Services announced Thursday, Jan. 18, that the Town Center Project had withdrawn their rezoning application. Robert “Bob” Benaquis, the owner of TC’s Front Porch and the face of the Town Center Project, will now go back to the drawing board.
