Tiger Point will soon be home to a new restaurant and deli.

Seneca’s Deli is opening its doors sometime later this spring in the shopping center near Garcon Point Bridge exit onto Highway 98. The restaurant, which will serve freshly made Italian and deli food, is located in the former Shane’s Rib Shack.

A former motorcycle clubhouse on East Bay Blvd. is getting a facelift ahead of two businesses moving in. In November, Sunscape Investments LLC purchased 8195 East Bay Blvd. from Anthony Weathers for $395,000. Chris Marsh, the registered agent for LLC, said they have been hard at work over the past few months getting the building ready for business.
