Your CBD Store to host Create Calm class Oct. 28 to teach anxiety coping
Anxiety is the most common mental disorder in the U.S., affecting 40 million adults. According to Anxiety and Depression Association of America, an estimated 31% of all adults will experience an anxiety disorder at some point in their life.
On Oct. 28, Your CBD Store in Navarre is partnering with ElemenTree Yoga to host a Create Calm workshop from 6 to 7 p.m.
Come learn how to combine tools to reduce anxiety. Co-owner of ElemenTree Yoga Studio Willow will lead a 30-minute breath work class to teach your body how to stay calm when anxious thoughts arise.
Your CBD Store manager Hope Kellar will introduce the benefits of CBD and give a sample of a fast-acting water-soluble CBD at the beginning of the class.
“Willow will introduce meditation and breath work tools to help reduce anxiety while the water soluble gets deep in your nervous system to help melt away the stresses of everyday life,” Kellar said.
