According to a sheriff’s office press release, the body was found around 11 a.m. Sunday. The location was about a mile south of Terrell Landing Boat Ramp.
According to Rich Aloy, public information officer for the Santa Rosa Sheriff’s Office, the woman’s identity has not yet been confirmed and autopsy results were not available.
