With increasing development, coffee shops are on a hot streak

In America, the coffee bean is king.

According to the National Coffee Association’s 2024 National Coffee Data Trends (NCDT) report, 67% of American adults had coffee in the past day. That’s more than any other beverage, including water. Just 20 years ago, that number was 49%.
