Welcome back #47
President Donald Trump’s road back to the White House was not an easy one, with several assassination attempts and a last minute candidate change when President Biden was essentially pulled from the campaign and replaced with Kamala Harris. Add in the endless lawsuits and bogus charges Trump faced and it all seemed to ricochet off him, without harm and in fact motivating the people to help him get across the finish line as president. The theme in the last weeks of the campaign was “too big to rig” and indeed it was. A tidal wave of voters showed up and showed out on election day to have their voices heard. The overwhelming message from the people was to put Trump back in office. Perhaps the biggest political comeback in American history.
Franklin Graham prayed during the ceremony, “When Donald Trump’s enemies thought he was down and out, you raised him up with your strength and power and mighty hand…” Trump declared in his speech that the “golden age of America begins now.” He said from the first day in the Oval Office he will “very simply put America first.”
He very eloquently shredded the Biden administration in his speech, and he said all of this will change starting today. He also called the many policies of the Biden administration betrayals. “For many American citizens, January 20, 2025, is liberation day.” Trump also vowed on this Martin Luther King Day that we will make his dream a reality, thanking the black and Hispanic-American communities for their outpouring of love and trust on election day. Something he said he will not forget.
Unbelievably, at the last moments before Trump’s swearing in, Biden issued more pardons. He pardoned his siblings and their spouses without any charges to pardon. How does that even work? Can anyone get pardoned for anything they have done or may do in the future? He also issued pardons for the now-famed COVID-19 failed physician – Dr. Fauci, and the J6 committee members. This is after he told CNN he would not issue preemptive pardons before leaving office. More lies.
Under Biden, prices rose upward of 20% for Americans. He allowed the Trump tax cuts expire. Interest rates were at a historic high. Mortgage costs were 89% higher. Spending by the administration increased by 26%. Take hold American people – we have hope!
We know it will take more than the first day in office to undo the tragic doings of the Biden/Democrat administration. We are looking forward to the end of exorbitant inflation, a country we can be proud of, one who leads from strength. We will see the end of illegal immigration from our southern border, the end of drug cartels taking over American cities and stealing children for human trafficking, the end of possible terrorists coming into the country to potentially do us harm.
“In America, the impossible is what we do best,” Trump said. “We are one people, one family and one glorious nation under God.” There is no one better to bring our nation together than Trump – to restore the nation we were once proud of. We look forward to the next four years.
It’s the first day of the golden age. We are ready.
And welcome to the Gulf of America!
