Water System looks at independent rate study, approves pump replacements

Holley Navarre Water System CEO Jeff Crigler wants an independent rate study to look at how their rates and fees compare with other utilities of similar size and how the current rates are working for HNWS’s mission. The utility’s board agreed, approving soliciting a study.
