Although it may still be a bit jarring for some, it’s becoming more common to see people holding what looks like a cigarette, exhaling clouds of a milky white substance into the air at public places including shopping malls, grocery stores and airports.
Erik Pryer, employee at Vapor Planet in Navarre, said that about half of the customers who visit the shop are interested in quitting traditional smoking.
