Unlearning what we’ve been told

Well here’s the pivotal point where you decide I’m completely full of it or that maybe I might be on to something. I often feel like I’ve had to work hard to unlearn much of what I’ve been told as a member of Generation X. Previous generations may not feel that way but boy so many of us young’uns bloom into the adult world full of all the wrong knowledge. This is particularly true with many ideas about food and nutrition that have been reinforced over the last several decades and are not necessarily true. Let’s go through a few of them.
