Three Navarre establishments issued food safety warnings

Three local food establishments have been cited recently for critical food safety violations.  McDonald’s and Taco Bell on Navarre Parkway, and the Pier Bar & Grill, operated by The Pier, Inc., which runs the Navarre Beach Pier were all issued warnings during health inspections in recent months.  The issue with Taco Bell, however, is related to a fire earlier this year which forced the closure of the business, which has yet to re-open. 
The Pier Bar & Grill, located at Santa Rosa County’s Navarre Beach Pier and operated by Dorothy Slye and her brother, Junior Ratliff, is one of three local establishments recently cited for critical food safety violations.
