SRSO said that Timothy Donahue, 48, shot Deborah Lyles, 52, and then took his own life at a residence in the 9000 block of Meadow Wood Lane.
Deputies responded at 4:40 p.m. on Oct. 25 after a citizen stated they could see a female lying motionless on the floor through the window.
Upon arrival, deputies discovered the bodies of both individuals.
The investigation remains ongoing. Sheriff Bob Johnson and the entire Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office expressed their condolences to the families impacted.
