County: Soundside Hollow developer bypassed inspection process
On a sunny morning early this week, a handful of workers moved concrete blocks around a large pile of fill near the Santa Rosa Sound.
Neighbors are keeping a close eye on the development of Soundside Hollow, where work has apparently been going on without county inspections or, in at least one case, permitting.
