A crowd of roughly 50 snowbirds attended a Jan. 23 social hosted by Navarre Properties at Summerwind Resort on Navarre Beach. A growing population of the seasonal non-resident, long-stay guests who sustain local tourism during winter months are welcomed back at the beginning of each year.
