Should out of town residents pay more?

Review of the Gulf Breeze Community Center’s proposed budget started a city council discussion about the fees that residents and non-residents pay to participate in programs and use associated athletic facilities. However, Mayor Beverly Zimmern suggested that the issue was not going to be solved during the July 26 budget workshop and if changes were going to be proposed then a separate meeting should be scheduled.
Gulf Breeze Parks and Recreation Director Ron Pulley answered questions about the community center during the city’s budget workshop July 26.
