SecDef orders most furloughed DOD civilians back to work
WASHINGTON — For days lawmakers had debated which federal workers should be put back to work. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel ended the argument over the weekend for most Department of Defense civilian employees, ordering nearly all 350,000 back on the job this week.
