No-license free fishing days extended

On Saturday, April 6, anglers were able to fish Florida’s freshwaters without a fishing license, but not to worry if it passed unaware, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is offering three other free fishing license days.

I had the distinct privilege of covering the homecoming and housewarming of Staff Sergeant Aaron Hale this past Saturday in Santa Rosa Beach. I could have written a book on the events that took place that morning and the events that led up to a home being gifted to the Hales.
