Most Santa Rosa commissioners aren’t using the official Facebook pages –offered to them last year by the county—on which their postings could be monitored and archived as public records.

As county commissioners prepare to spend millions of dollars to improve drainage in Holley by the Sea, county staff members are coordinating with the Homeowners Association to better regulate how new construction will affect drainage in the neighborhood.
