Dave Robau lives in Gulf Breeze, so he offered up Santa Rosa sites as an option when his company was contracted to help find a suitable location for a $400 million waste-to-energy gasification plant. He lured officials with ALFA Group, LLC to the county last week to scout potential sites for the project, which could bring 1,700-plus temporary and about 100 permanent jobs.
