Santa Rosa County re-introduces mobi-mats on Navarre Beach
The beach is the focal point for northwest Florida, and especially Navarre. People from across the U.S. and world come to the Emerald Coast to visit, including those who have disabilities or handicaps. Whenever they want to enjoy the sand and water, they have to do so from a distance due to a lack of access.
The mobi-mats, which were removed in 2019, are making a comeback this year. According to DeVann Cook, the mats are going to be installed again within a month.
