Roughly $1.5 million set aside for Holley by the Sea drainage improvements
County Commissioners moved forward with phase one of a multimillion dollar plan to improve drainage flow in Holley by the Sea Thursday after accepting $650,000 of support money from the state Department of Environmental Protection.
