Risen Savior Lutheran Church wants to help children hone their skills on the field of play and life this summer. From June 28 to June 30, Risen Savior will host a soccer camp to help teach children the fundamentals of the game.
Admission to the camp is $25, which covers instruction, a camp T-shirt, a soccer ball, water bottle, wristband and snacks. According to Craig Born, the pastor of Risen Savior Lutheran Church, the camp sessions will emphasize individual ball skills as a well as fun games to put those skills into practice and develop teamwork.
