Railroad museum applies for grant to refurbish old cars

West Florida Railroad Museum in Milton is among the list of applicants reviewed for tax capital funding project grants at Thursday’s Tourism Development Council meeting. The museum is the former Milton train depot, which was built more than 100 years ago and currently faces significant deterioration.

The West Florida Railroad Museum holds its Fall Festival Oct. 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The museum is at 5003 Henry Street in Milton.
