Property owners could get tax credit for energy efficient improvements
Property owners in Santa Rosa County may soon be able to get property tax credit for certain improvements made to homes or commercial property. The Florida Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Funding Agency is working with county officials to provide a funding mechanism for storm hardening and energy efficiency improvements.
