Nov. 5, 2025, HNWS issued a precautionary boil water notice for Holley residents on Grady Tolbert Road between Hwy 87 and Holley Point Road, including Chow Lane, Rose Street, Chase Street, and Emerson Street.
At approximately 3:00 PM on Wednesday, November 5, a 6” water main break was reported on Grady Tolbert Road.
Once repairs are completed, as a precaution, we advise that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, and washing dishes be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative, bottled water may be used.
This “PRECAUTIONARY Boil Water Notice” will remain in effect until the bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink.
