Although the new operators of the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier had hoped to open a restaurant on the premises by mid-February, those plans have been delayed.
Construction of the new restaurant at Navarre Pier has stopped pending approval of necessary permits. The restaurant originally had been slated to open by the middle of February.
