Paving plans: Roadways in Navarre to be paved in 2026
Each year, Santa Rosa County Public Works lays out a schedule of roadways to be paved throughout the county. In District 4, which encompasses Holley, Navarre and Navarre Beach, a total of 15 roads were planned to be paved for 2026.
