At approximately 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, a 10” water main break was reported on Bob Tolbert Rd.
As of 4:45 p.m., crews are on site and are working to complete the repairs.
As a precaution, HNWS advises all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, and washing dishes be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative, bottled water may be used.
This “PRECAUTIONARY Boil Water Notice” will remain in effect until the bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink. If you have any questions, you may contact HNWS Member Services at (850) 939-2427.
