Paramedic starts fall prevention program for seniors
Among the elderly, falls are the leading cause of both fatal and nonfatal injuries. Tyler Bennett, critical care paramedic and operations supervisor for Lifeguard Ambulance Service, hopes to change that statistic, at least in Santa Rosa County.
