“We have a great team here. They’re all fantastic humans,” said co-owner Jennifer Harding.
Co-owner Jeff Harding said he has been amazed at how well the high school kids have excelled at handling the busy crowds and high-paced environment.
“We have some rockstars here for sure.” he said. “And a lot of our high school team members come by the restaurant when they’re off the clock. It’s nice to know they enjoy this environment and want to be here when they’re not working.”
Eighteen-year-old team member Brayden Williams has been with the restaurant since the first day they opened and loves his job and the people he works with.
“I think our greatest strength is how well everyone works together. We make a great team,” Brayden said. “Not once have I been burned out or drained. I look forward to work every day.”

Happy Joe’s serves breakfast all day every day, featuring delicious breakfast pizza, cinnamon rolls, breakfast burritos and Scramblers, which are breakfast bowls with tater tots, eggs, cheese and toppings.
The dining room opens at 8 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. on Sunday, and that includes pickup and delivery. The restaurant closes at 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
Make sure to get a taste of a variety of their menu with the lunch buffet Monday through Friday form 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. which features pasta, salad, pizza, appetizers and dessert pizza. Enjoy their Sunday Brunch Buffet from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with breakfast pizza and cinnamon rolls. The sides change from week to week.
