New Holley by the Sea board holds first week of meetings
During its first week of meetings, the new Holley by the Sea homeowner’s association board addressed a variety of topics, including discussion of a proposed $1.35 million renovation of the recreation center to make it more accessible for all members.
Board president Bob Hutchison recognizes lifeguard Giovanni Mirra for his work and commitment to the association. Mirra was voted most outstanding lifeguard by his peers.
