Neighbors of Twelve Oaks Rehab speak out on proposed expansion
People jumping fences, fire alarms blaring at night and concerns over children’s safety were some complaints heard at the March 13 Santa Rosa County Zoning Board hearing for Twelve Oaks, a rehabilitation facility in Navarre.
Twelve Oaks is a voluntary rehabilitation facility located near the Whispering Pines intersection in Navarre. The facility, which is looking to expand its footprint, has drawn the ire of some neighbors to its west, who have concerns over security.
