Navarre pedestrian killed crossing U.S. 98

Friends and love ones are grieving the death of Troy Edward Walter, a 46-year-old from Navarre, who died after stepping into the path of a car while trying to cross U.S. Highway 98. The Florida Highway Patrol says it happened just after midnight Sunday morning.
