Navarre Man receives Eglin’s Civilian of the Year Award
A hard-working, devoted husband and father of three from the small community of Holley, just north of Navarre, was named Civilian of the Year for his classification category during Eglin Air Force Base’s Feb. 13 annual award ceremony.
Bien May won the Civilian of the Year Award within his flight level and recently received the overall award for his classification category in the 96th Test Wing. Next he will compete for the title at the major command level.
