The Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated Snowbirds and 100 years of Navarre history with a ‘Roaring 20s’ Snowbird Festival, hosted at St. Sylvester Catholic Church.
The Chamber annually holds snowbird events, including a festival. This year’s festival was put on with the collaboration of the Santa Rosa County Tourist Development Office and a variety of sponsors and vendors.
Snowbirds and locals attended the Snowbird Festival at St. Sylvester Catholic Church on Thursday, Jan. 16. The event is hosted by Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and brings community businesses and tourists together for a day of fun and festivities.
To go along with the Roaring 20’s theme, participants were encouraged to don flapper outfits, gangster garb, and other 1920s attire. The evening was also filled with jazz music, dancing, and a variety of hors d’oeuvres.
