When animals need help, a core group of residents jump into action.
Kingsley, a tabby cat who lives in the neighborhood behind Johnny Huston’s in Navarre, has become a bit of an internet celebrity as of late. A group on Facebook called “Kingsley’s Kingdom” has nearly 650 members.
