Navarre area generates bulk of property tax revenue increase

Although Santa Rosa County Commissioners held the millage rate steady at 6.0953, technically, county property owners are set to see a minuscule increase in ad valorem taxes. That’s because there was a slight increase in property tax revenues this year, totaling $653,356.
