A 50-year-old Mary Esther man was killed in a wreck on Highway 98 Monday morning.
The wreck occurred when a Freightliner box truck struck the rear of a Harley Davidson motorcycle on Highway 98 east around 3:30 a.m. Monday, according to a report from Florida Highway Patrol. The accident occurred east of Brookwood Boulevard.
The driver of the box truck, a 60-year-old from Pensacola, was not injured.
The driver was pronounced deceased on the scene by the Florosa Fire Department.
