The mother of Reagan Barber, a 25-year-old woman killed in November, has been arrested on a charge of second-degree murder.
Wendi Danielle Barber, 46, was booked into Santa Rosa County Jail Feb. 13, after a nearly two-and-a-half-month investigation.
