Betty Conrad joined the team at Reliable Land Title over two years ago when she moved to Navarre. She works as a Closing Agent, and her job is to gather and prepare the closing documents and sign with the clients at closing. Signing the documents is actually her favorite part of her job.
“I feel good helping clients and making sure that all closings are done legally and smoothly,” Betty said.
Originally from Colorado Springs, Betty wants people to know how important title insurance is.
“It insures the past, not the future,” she said.
In her free time, Betty enjoys being on the water, photography and spending time with her pets – a Yorkie named Kael and a cat named Bella.
Betty says working at Reliable keeps her mind sharp and she learns news things every day.
Misty Hale joined the team at Reliable Land Title at the beginning of 2021. Originally from Missouri, Misty and her husband, who is in the military now, live in Arkansas and Misty works remotely.
She is the Closing Assistant to Betty Conrad. Her day-to-day consists of processing new title orders such as surveys, WDO inspections, payoffs and correspondence with borrowers and lenders.
Misty’s favorite part of her job is the fact that every day is busy and that she gets to help people.
She wants people to know that the title company works hard to facilitate your closing, and as a consumer, you have a choice in the title company that you use.
“When you purchase your owners title insurance policy, it is a one-time fee and will protect you as long as you have the property. Even if you refinance!” she said.
Misty is a new mother to her precious two-month-old named Madison. She jokingly refers to her daughter as the tiny dictator, but loves her beautiful baby girl.
In her free time, Misty loves to spend time with her husband and daughter. She loves being outdoors doing anything, especially camping, grilling and fishing.
Misty says working at a reputable company like Reliable is important because you can feel confident that the title search and entire closing process were handled properly. That gives you peace of mind knowing that you have been taken care of.
