Santa Rosa County Commissioner Lane Lynchard, who serves as chairman of the Santa Rosa County RESTORE Council, recently provided an update on potential funding related to the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil spill at the Greater Navarre Beach Area Chamber’s Coffee & Commerce held Sept. 27.
