Lydia’s Cove subdivision proposed for area near West Navarre Intermediate School
A developer has submitted plans to Santa Rosa County to build a 28 home single-family residential subdivision at the northern terminus of Adams Street near West Navarre Intermediate School and the Holley by The Sea subdivision. The area where Lydia’s Cove is proposed is currently vacant.
