Luxury Apartments will soon grace Navarre

With a tight rental market and the only two area apartment complexes at 100 percent capacity, the new luxury apartments being built east of Joybrook Road in Navarre can’t be completed fast enough to satisfy the marketplace, but an opening in one year will have to suffice.
