Local school rewards student kindness with art display
The entrance to West Navarre Intermediate School had an extreme makeover last week. Students painted ceiling tiles in bright colors to replace the plain white squares at the entrance to the school. The ceiling tiles are a lasting tribute to the random kindness 62 students showed their communities.
Ms. Nelson’s fourth-grade class had a 100 percent participation rate for the acts of kindness initiative. Up front, CJ DeCorte features Taylor Warf who, along with Billie Hall, completed all 26 acts of kindness.
