Let the flushing continue: water line repairs stalled for HNWS

Rotten eggs or chlorine? Those are the choices Navarre residents have when it comes to how their water will taste or smell until Holley Navarre Water System (HNWS) is able to repair the broken Fairpoint Regional Utilities (FRU) water line that was struck by lightning in April.
