Sealed Bids Will Be Received From Pre-qualified General Contractors By The Santa Rosa County School Board, At The Office Of The Assistant Superintendent For Administrative Services, 6544 Firehouse Road, Upstairs Conference Room (Maintenance Building) (850) 983-5123, Milton, Florida, Until 2:00 PM, Local Time, TUESDAY, June 7, 2022, At Which Time And Place All Bids Will Be Publicly Opened And Read Aloud, For The Construction Of “PEA RIDGE ELEM - KITCHEN RENOVATION” For The School Board Of Santa Rosa County, Florida. Any Bids Received After Closing Will Be Returned Unopened.

All contractors for educational facilities are hereby notified that to be eligible to bid on school projects they must be pre-qualified. Contact the Board at the above address for information on pre-qualifying.

Contractors may obtain Sets of Printed Documents (drawings and specifications) at their cost from Bay Area Printing and Graphics Solution, 700 S. Pace Blvd., Pensacola, FL 32502 (850-433-6864) after registering with Mike Marshall at Sam Marshall Architects, 325 S. Bids shall be submitted on the form supplied by the Architect. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid as guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a written contract with the Owner and furnish a 100% “Performance Bond” and a 100% “Labor and Material Payment Bond” satisfactory to the Owner.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting Will Be Held Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at 9:00 am. Check in at the front office of Pea Ridge School. The Purpose of This Meeting Is to Allow All Bidders Access to The Site in Order That They May Familiarize Themselves with All Existing Conditions That Relate to The Project.

The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Informalities in Bidding and Reject Any and All Bids.
